Ora originated from Pipeliner — a US-based SaaS company that expanded into AI multi-agent research. In 2025, after institutional support and an EU relocation, Ora was spun out as a dedicated unit focusing on dual-use computer vision for robotics, defense, and industrial autonomy.

Over the past four years, the founders have built a portfolio of defense-tech ventures across Estonia, Ukraine and Latvia, attracting $2M+ in capital, and deploying field-proven UAV communication systems used in high-EW operational environments.The team is active within:
